From Georgetown Professor to Cigar Legend
Dr. Paul Garmirian is not your typical cigar maker. An Armenian-American professor at Georgetown University, he first made his mark in 1990 with The Gourmet Guide to Cigars — one of the first modern books ever written on the craft of premium cigars.
But writing about cigars wasn't enough. In 1991, Garmirian launched his own line in the Dominican Republic, applying an intellectual's precision to every blend. The result: small-batch, boutique cigars that refuse to compromise. While other brands chase volume, PG stays deliberately small — each cigar crafted with aged Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos, each batch limited, each release sought after by collectors worldwide.
