Our cigar-trained staff walks your group through 3–4 carefully chosen pairings, matching each cigar's character to a bourbon that brings out something new in both. Picture a Padrón 1964 Anniversary, with its deep cocoa and cedar notes, paired alongside a smooth wheated bourbon that opens up the sweetness in both. Every pairing event follows a deliberate arc — light to full, simple to complex. Here's how the evening unfolds.
Light
Start with a Connecticut wrapper — creamy, mild, with a touch of natural sweetness. Paired with a smooth wheated bourbon that lets the subtle flavors breathe. This is where we build the palate and set the stage for what's coming.
Medium
Move to a Nicaraguan blend — richer, earthier, with pepper and leather starting to show. Match it with a single-barrel pour that brings its own complexity. The notes deepen. The conversation does too.
Full
